Packet loss: Packet loss percentage requirement of equals 0.00% not met for connectivity between 123456xx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx and master-2.test-cluster.example.com (40.00%), master-1.test-cluster.example.com (20.00%).
