How NOT to deploy the elasticsearch of the default logstore and the kibana in OpenShift Logging?

Issue

  • I have installed Cluster Logging Operator in OpenShift 4 and built an EFK stack.
  • The logs collected by Fluentd are configured to forward to an external log store and not to internal Elasticsearch.
  • Because it does not collect logs to internal Elasticsearch, Kibana is not used.
  • Is it possible to prevent internal Elasticsearch and Kibana from being deployed? And how to do so?
