Issue

  • Need clarifications on the Template fields in the Approval process in Automation Service catalog

Resolution

  • Process Method send a notification to the approvers when a new approval is pending to approve.

  • However, signal method sends just an acknowledgement to the user when the approval process is finished.

  • The Built-in approval template sends no notifications.
