Add a support for Goodix fingerprint PID 0x6094 and 0x6014 in libfprint

- Include the support for Goodix fingerprint PID 0x6094 device driver in
libfprint. - Request to enable support for goodixmoc new PIDs 0x6014, 0x6094 in
libfprint. - Update the
libfprintto v1.94.5 to enable support for Goodix fingerprint PID 0x6094 in RHEL8 and RHEL9.
