Is it expected that cert-manager in Technology Preview is shown as Cluster Operator on OpenShift Container Platform 4?

Issue

  • After installing the Technology Preview version of cert-manager, we realized that it is showing in the clusteroperators list and are wondering whether this is expected or not?

    $ oc get co
