• How to proceed forward the neutron-ovn-ha correctly on OpenStack?
• Why I couldn't create the instance normally after I used the neutron-ovn-ha as part of the overcloud deployment?

• Error messages "Failed to bind port PORT_ID on host COMPUTE_NODE for vnic_type normal using segments" logged on /var/log/containers/neutron/server.log as the below after proceed neutron-ovn-ha:
