Re-encrypted route not available (HTTP 503) for sni-aware backends in RHOCP 4

Issue

  • A re-encrypt route returns HTTP/503 ("Application is not available") while pods are running.
  • The backend application returns different certificates based on a provided SNI (Server Name Indication)
