リソースを削除すると、Pacemaker が "No reason to expect node X to be down" をログに記録する
Issue
pcs resource delete <rsc>を実行すると、/var/log/messagesに以下のメッセージが表示されます。

Dec 10 18:14:01 node1 crmd[9138]: warning: No reason to expect node 2 to be down
