Customer unable to submit issues to Red Hat on RH SSO Project

Issue

I have a number of issues with the RedHat SSO operator. I can see issues for it under RH-SSO in issues.redhat.com. I can submit issues on other projects. But I can't seem to submit issues for RH-SSO. I'd prefer to submit my own issues directly there if possible. Any way to make it happen?
