The 'oc' client fails to replace or apply manifest files in RHOCP 4

Issue

  • When using the same YAML that was used to create the resource, it now fails with "oc" replace/apply.
  • Replacing a resource produces errors like:
    • Precondition failed: UID in precondition
    • Error from server (Conflict)
    • Invalid value: "XXXXXXXX-AAAA-BBBB-CCCC-YYYYYYYYYYYYY": field is immutable
