OpenShift API for Data Protection (OADP) 1.1.2 update is pointing to registry.stage.redhat.io/oadp/oadp-operator-bundle causing updates to fail

Issue

  • We use the oadp operator for our backups and the installplanapprover is set to "automatic". We see the following error on all OCP 4.11 and OCP 4.12 clusters. Currently installed is version is 1.1.1, but all of our clusters have a failed installplan as shown below.
