Pod "topolvm-node-xxx" is in Pending state in LVMS Operator

Issue

  • Recently installed the LVM Storage Operator and it is not working.
  • The LVMCluster is in state "Progressing".
  • Single Node OpenShift can not create Persistent Volumes using the LVM Storage Operator.

  • Single Node Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP)
    • 4.12
  • LVM Storage Operator
