Pipeline not getting triggered after upgrading/re-installing OpenShift Pipelines operator to v1.5.2

Issue

  • Pipelines are not getting triggered and getting the below mentioned error:

    Pipeline dev-ops/ace-pipeline can't be Run; it has an invalid spec: missing field(s): tasks[1].when[0], 
tasks[2].when[0], tasks[2].when[1], tasks[3].when[0], tasks[3].when[1], tasks[4].when[0], tasks[4].when[1], 
tasks[5].when[0], tasks[5].when[1]

Environment

  • Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform(RHOCP)
    • 4.8.z
  • Red Hat OpenShift Pipelines(OSP)
    • 1.5.2
