RHV: ホストがストレージプールに接続できない

Issue

• RHV ホストがインストール後またはメンテナンスモードからのアクティブ化後にストレージに接続できません。

エンジンエラー

 2018-01-17 01:10:10.483 | redhat-host-1 | Host redhat-host-1 cannot access the Storage Domain(s) Storage-FC-1 , Storage-FC-2  attached to the Data Center XXXXXX . Setting Host state to Non-Operational.
 2018-01-17 01:10:10.268 | redhat-host-1 | Host redhat-host-1 reports about one of the Active Storage Domains as Problematic.
