Why is the rotation of journal files by systemd-journald not periodic?
Issue
systemd-journaldjournal files are being rotated at unpredictable times.- Rotated journal files are not looks like it hit a limit by any of
SystemMaxFileSize=,MaxFileSec=, or other settings injournald.conf.
