oc-mirror fails to mirror OCI formatted images for RHOCP 4

Issue

  • oc-mirror fails to mirror multi-architecture images:

    error: unable to retrieve source image <image> manifest sha256:<digest>: manifest unknown: OCI index found, but Accept header does not support OCI indexes
  • Enabling the --use-oci-feature flag for oc-mirror does not take mirror.additionalImages mirror.platform images into account.
