RHOCP IPI cluster installed with the candidate channel release and after that not able to upgrade the cluster with stable channel release

Issue

• RHOCP cluster is installed with candidate-4.x released version. And after that unable to upgrade the cluster to a stable-4.x or fast-4.x channels.
• Getting below error:

Version 4.x.x not found in channel stable-4.x. To request update recommendations, configure a channel that supports your version.

• Pre-release version is available for the download on https://mirror.openshift.com/
