/etc/environment file is not getting updated while running openstack undercloud install.

Issue

1- /etc/environment file is not getting updated while running openstack undercloud install.

Updating no proxy section and running undercloud install is not updating ENV of containers running on director node which is causing issue reaching to iLO over https.

2- we are using proxy to access the internet , we are facing this error while overcloud deployment :

Error Showing -
