HTTPGet probe response body is too large on RHOCP 4

Issue

• An HTTPGet probe return HTTP/200 but the health endpoint logs a failure (broken pipe or connection reset by peer):

• The same probe working in RHOCP 3.x returns an error in RHOCP 4
