Enable CronJobs for Whereabouts in OpenShift 4
Issue
- Pods assigned with Multus Whereabouts IP get stuck in the
ContainerCreatingstate after the node reboot. - Solution for KCS5841121 in OpenShift 4.11.x and later.
- Enable the Whereabouts reconciliation job in OpenShift which cleans up unreleased IP addresses from a host reboot or a forcefully killed pod.
