The Red Hat Single Sign-On (RH SSO) Operator fails to deploy in an offline / disconnected environment
Issue

Trying to use the RH-SSO 7 Operator with an OpenShift cluster that's restricted. The PostgreSQL image is specified with a tag as follows:
registry.access.redhat.com/rhscl/postgresql-10-rhel7:1This doesn't work with restricted networks.
- The RedHat SSO Operator doesn't start anymore, because the Postgres image cannot be pulled.
