NVMe devices are unavailable when enabling BIOS based VROC RAID on RHEL 8.6
Issue
- In RHEL 8.6, whenever RAID is configured under BIOS [fake RAID] the system refuses to boot.
- If the BIOS based VROC RAID logical device is removed the system detects all the NVMe devices.

- In RHEL 8.7 it works fine. If the VROC RAID is configured under BIOS [fake RAID] the system boots normally.
