Why Virtualization tab is not available after installing OpenShift Virtualization

Issue

• The installation of the OpenShift Virtualization operator was successful. All the pods under openshift-cnv are running without any issues. However, the Virtualization tab is not available in the OpenShift Console.
• Below error is constantly logged in the openshift-console pods:
