No display when monitor is turned on after system boot on a system with AMD Lexa XT (Radeon PRO WX 3200) GPU

Issue

  • If a user starts the monitor after system boot, there is no display on the monitor.
  • If the attached monitor is ON during the system boot, the display appears normally.
  • The problem is only reproducible on systems with AMD GPUs. The problem is not reproducible with other graphics.
