How to disable the network probes in a self-hosted engine cluster in RHV

Issue

  • There are some problems in the network that cause it to lose packets. This in turn causes RHV-M reboots.
  • While the network issue is being investigated, we want to disable the network probes to avoid the RHV-M reboots.
