[RHOCP 4] Add and remove additional network attachments in OpenShift using "oc patch"

Issue

• How to add additional network attachments additionalNetworks using the oc patch command in OpenShift cluster?
• Is there any patch command available that will help to remove additionalNetworks ?

• Getting the below error while adding additionalNetworks:

  $ oc patch network.operator cluster --patch-file <file_name> --type json
  The request is invalid
