Cannot filter IPv6 address with the IP Check built in policy
Issue
One on my external customer call my API using IPv6 and not IPv4.
My tests shows that the IPv6 specific address format isn't understood by the IP Check policy
[lua] iputils.lua:36: log_err(): Error parsing '2001:8a1:574:0f00::4d:26af': Invalid IP, context: ngx.timer.
