oc commands that use JSONPath formatting fail on Windows terminals
Issue
When running oc commands that use JSONPath templates to process and format the output on Windows terminals, the command fails with the message:
error: a resource cannot be retrieved by name across all namespaces
The same command works as expected on a Linux terminal
