Disable email notifications for failed user login attempt in RH-SSO

Issue

  • We need to know how to enable or disable sending notifications via email for end users
  • Some users are getting this message and we want to disable it:
"A failed login attempt was detected to your account on <date> from <ip address>. If this was not you, please contact an admin."
