Insights role automatic scheduling doesn't work on RHEL 9 from Red Hat Satellite

RedHatInsights.insights-clientrole doesn't enable automatic scheduling on RHEL 9.- RHEL 9 hosts stop reporting to Insights despite being successfully registered via
insights-client.
