named.service listening only on 127.0.0.1 instead of 0.0.0.0

Issue

• named.service only listening on 127.0.0.1:53 instead of all available interfaces.

# netstat -tuln | grep -i 53
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:53            0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN

• DNS queries only accepted from localhost.
• Remote clients are not able to communicate to the DNS server and getting connection timed out; no servers could
be reached error.
