Why does the UI show an error message when attempting to export CVEs to a CSV file?

Environment

  • Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security
    • 3.73.0 using the RocksDB database
    • 3.73.1 using the RocksDB database

Note: in the RHACS 3.73.0 release, select customers using the Advanced Cluster Security for Kubernetes Cloud Service are using a PostgresSQL database, whereas non-Cloud Service customers are using the RocksDB database. This solution only applies to non-Cloud Service customers using the RocksDB database.
