Issue

• Does AWS Inspector work with ROSA?

• Does AWS Inspector has RHCOS Operating System support.

Resolution

• AWS Inspector service is not supported/compatible with ROSA directly, Although you can store your images in ECR and then scan them with Inspector.

• AWS Inspector does not list RHCOS as a supported operating system.

Root Cause

• AWS Inspector is not directly supported/recommend with ROSA.
