Aws-cli container not able to connect to S3 bucket in RHOCP 4

Issue

• When cronjob set for etcd backup automation and store it on AWS S3 bucket, observed below error
  An HTTP Client raised an unhandled exception: Invalid header value Credentials \n
• Error while aws-cli container accessing S3 bucket using secret created to access S3 bucket.
