Is it possible to get OpenShift Operator Lifecycle event notifications?

Is it possible in OpenShift 4 to be notified via Alertmanager when an Operator upgrade is available or has been completed?

Is there any way to send notifications upon Operator changes, to include: upgrade activity, upgrade available, new channel available?
