[RFE] Unable to download Cost Explorer data per calendar month

Issue

• In cost management, under cost explorer, the user can get data with the following options.
  a) Month to date
  b) Previous month and month to date
  c) Last 30 days and
  d) Last 60 days.

There is no option to download the data for a particular calendar month.
