warning alerts MachineWithNoRunningPhase and MachineWithoutValidNode firing in the cluster
Issue
- After upgrading the cluster from 4.8 to 4.10 receives the below error message on the web console:
"MachineWithNoRunningPhase and MachineWithoutValidNode"
