Structured fields cannot be selected in Kibana visualization in RHOCP 4

Issue

• The duration field does not show up in the Kibana visualization dropdown menu
• Structured fields are not showing up in the Kibana visualization
• Unable to search for fields inside the JSON log from the application in Kibana
• Ranges are no longer useable and cannot be modified or added when analyzing the results of a search in Kibana visualization.
• When queried the logs, they are observed in plain text, but it's expected to have a key/value
