[RHEV] What is the process for upgrading the metadata for a storage domain from Version 1 to Version 2?

- How are RHEV 2.2 to RHEV 3.0 upgrades finalized?
- RHEV-M and the hosts have been upgraded to 3.0, and storage data centers need to be upgraded. How is this accomplished?
