Port exposure issues after migration from CRW 2.15 to Red Hat OpenShift Dev Spaces 3.2

Issue

• In OpenShift Dev Spaces when an application is created in the workspace that listens on a port it is getting redirected in the below format:
  https://<devworkspace-server-subdomain>.<base-url>/<workspaceid>/<selected-editor>/<transilated-port>
• It should be redirected in https://<routeID>-<namespace>.<base-url> as with the above format it is causing issues with the developers to get access to the application.
