Failed to run Kubelet with message failed to initialize client certificate manager while worker node addition

Issue

• Unable to add a node to the existing cluster due to CSR not getting issued.
• The kubelet on the worker node is not running and is failing with the below error message:

"Failed to run kubelet" err=" failed to run Kubelet: failed to initialize client certificate manager: could not convert data from "/var/lib/kubelet/pki/kubelet-client-current.pem" into cert/key pair: tls: failed to find any PEM data in certificate input"
