In AMQ 7 operator, when the secrets are replaced/updated, AMQ7 did not use the new secrets
Issue
If I delete the secret amq-console-tls-secret-internal, the operator doesn't replace the secret with a new one.
Environment
AMQ 7.x on Openshift 4.x
