rhel9/php-81 container image is shipping with php 8.0.20 which is not the expected version

Issue

• We created a baseimage with the ubi9/php-81 but php -version gives version 8.0.20 instead of 8.1.*. Based on the name and description, we would have expected php version 8.1 in this Container Image.
• Container Image rhel9/php-81 is shipping with php 8.0.20 instead of the expected 8.1 version.
