NodePort service is not working with OVN-Kubernetes in RHOCP4

Issue

  • NodePort service does not work in the Vsphere IPI cluster installed with OVN-Kubernetes CNI when connecting via ingressIP.
  • Vsphere IPI Cluster installed with OpenShift SDN works fine and NodePort service is reachable when connecting through ingressIP:NodePort.

Environment

  • Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.10+
  • Vsphere IPI
  • OVN-Kubernetes
