The Generate Applicability tasks are randomly failing with error "undefined method `security' for nil:NilClass" in Red Hat Satellite 6.10 and later

While checking in the
Satellite WebUI --> Monitor --> Taskspage, many Bulk generate applicability for host XX tasks are found to be in the Paused state. -
The details of the task show the following error exception i.e.
undefined method `security' for nil:NilClass Did you mean? secure_token
