[RHOCP 4] IPv6 default gateway gets removed after node reboots in Dual-Stack cluster

Issue

  • In the Single Stack RHOCP v4.10 cluster converted to a Dual Stack, when one of the nodes gets rebooted the IPv6 default gateway gets removed, the DNS and Network cluster operators go into a Degraded state and ovn-node pods into a CrashLoopBackOff state.
