Suspended Users keeps receiving email notifications from 3scale

Issue

  • 3scale Suspended Users keeps receiving notification emails.
    • In case the suspended user's email account is no longer active, Admin's email account will keep receiving "Delivery Failed" messages as the SMTP server is still trying to notify this inactive email addresses.
