Red Hat Single Sign-On (RH SSO) Operator cannot be deployed in 'All namespaces'
Issue

Install operator at cluster scope so can drop instance
CRin any namespace to create RH-SSO instance. -
When deploying the RH SSO Operator, the option to install it in
All namespaceson the cluster (default) is greyed out.
