Deployment fails on task "Wait for provisioned nodes to boot"

Issue

When trying to provisioning nodes with the command openstack overcloud node provision --stack stack --network-config --output ~/overcloud-baremetal-deployed.yaml ~/overcloud-baremetal-deploy.yaml the process fails in:
