Invalid observability endpoint for S3 DELL storage

Issue

• While configuring S3 object store for obsevability, We need to give a bucket endpoint, however we got errors . "Endpoint URLs cannot have fully qualified paths". and "bucket not found"

• If we enter only <bucket endpoint IP>:<port> ,for example :

  endpoint:  10.143.12.214:4443
  

  Then the error will be bucket not found

• When we give endpoint along with bucket namespace complete path :

  endpoint:  10.143.12.214:4443/object/namespaces/namespace/op_s3acm
  

  Then the error is : Endpoint URLs cannot have fully qualified paths
